At Creature Comforts we try our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Free welcome pack on arrival, all towels and linen included and of course all the essentials you may need during your stay are provided.
There are however even more things we can offer, not required by everyone so they’re not charged and included unnecessarily.
Below is a list of services we can provide, at small extra cost to make your stay even more special:
Dedicated Broadband (Wireless) Internet
Many guests travel with laptops, some for business some for entertainment only to learn that Internet dongles do not perform at their best on site (we are in the forest and the van is made of metal!). Wi-fi is available inside the main clubhouse (chargeable) however for the best experience we can now offer unlimited high speed broadband dedicated to your van. No download limit and compatible with all mobile devices this is becoming a very popular option.
Cost for this service: £10 per week
Laptop Rental/Printer Rental/Fax Rental
We have several high specification PC laptops available for rent. We offer full support and help with problem resolution and our services include all setup/initial training costs.

Internet On The Move
Using our special in-car devices we can offer fast Internet connections for your wireless devices in your own car! Price includes installation and a demonstration of how this simple but effective solution works.
Cost for this service: £30 per week
Additional Van Cleaning
During each changeover your van is thoroughly cleaned top to bottom. You can however request additional cleans, especially useful for longer stays. This option is popular with our company bookings enabling busy business travellers to enjoy fresh linen and a clean van without having to stop and do it yourself! The charge includes all fresh towels, bedding, top to bottom clean of van and replenishing essentials such as tea/coffee/sugar etc.
Cost for this service: £40 per clean
Land-line telephone
For bookings of at least 4 weeks we are able to provide a fixed-line telephone for business use. Whilst mobile telephone performance tends to be fair on-site, for many business travellers the ability to make calls when needed is essential. Users of this service pay a deposit and receive a full itemised call breakdown after their stay. Any adjustment is then handled between us and your finance department. Note we charge 25% handling fee for this service which is still far less than most equivalent mobile calls.

Airport Transfers
Several of our guests travel to us before embarking on further onward travel via local Bournemouth Airport. We are able to offer transportation services to or from the airport as well as local train stations.
