Cancelling your All Access Membership

We’re sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your membership. Please read the details of this page to help you decide the best path forward.

Our All Access Membership is an annual commitment, which costs £240 (£20 billed monthly).

However, we understand that circumstances can change, so if you want to cancel your membership, you can do so if you:

For All Access Members who have not used services:

Pay a cancellation fee of £60

For All Access Members who have used services:

Pay a cancellation fee of £60
Pay the full Pay-As-You-Go price for any services used and All Access Membership discounts received (minus any monthly membership payments you have already made)

In the unfortunate event that your animal passes away, we will let you cancel your All Access Membership, without additional cancellation fees.

Working example

A customer has paid 6 months of All Access Membership payments totalling £120.

They have had 3 consultations that have a total Pay-As-You-Go value of £225 (£75 x 3).

They need to pay a cancellation fee of £60.

This customer would need to pay £165 (£225 + £60 - £120 = £165) to cancel their All Access Membership.

Cooling off period

You can cancel your All Access Membership free of charge, if you change your mind within the first 14 days of your membership starting.

However, if you have used any services, medication or products within this 14 day period, you will be charged for them.
