What we offer

Calm, cat-first consultations

From the moment you arrive, everything is set up with your cat in mind - quiet waiting areas, gentle handling, and plenty of time to let them settle. During the consultation, we'll assess their health while paying close attention to their behaviour, stress levels, and what helps them feel most at ease.

Tailored clinical care

Cats aren't small dogs - and we never treat them that way. Every examination, diagnostic and treatment plan is adapted specifically for feline patients, from subtle pain detection to the conditions that commonly go unnoticed in cats.

Inpatient care designed for cats

If your cat needs to stay with us, they'll be looked after in a dedicated, calm cat ward - well away from dogs. Cosy bedding, calming pheromones and a peaceful environment help them feel safe while they recover.

Advice for home life

We'll guide you on creating a cat-friendly home - from enrichment and nutrition to making vet visits less of an ordeal. Small changes can make a real difference to their day-to-day wellbeing.

Our approach

A truly cat-first environment

Our clinics have achieved Cat Friendly Clinic Accreditation with ISFM (International Society of Feline Medicine). Every detail has been considered through a feline lens - dedicated cat waiting areas with nooks to hide in, a quiet space free from ringing phones, and cat wards with comfy, temperature-controlled pods. Because cats deserve care built around them.

Our team is trained in cat-friendly handling - minimal restraint, careful reading of body language, and working entirely at your cat's pace. Soft voices, gentle movements, and treats or pheromone support where helpful.

Details: We don't rush cat appointments. Taking the time to build trust leads to better examinations, more accurate diagnoses, and a much calmer experience for your cat - and for you.

What pet parents are saying

The best decision we made for our Ragdolls was to switch vets! The team are incredibly friendly, warm and professional.

Ayla used to be absolutely terrified of vet visits. Now? She can't wait to go in!

Eva,

Absolutely thrilled with the service, friendliness and professionalism. So relieved to have found a vet who is so readily available to help and speak to us at any time.

Good to know

Cats are experts at hiding illness. Subtle changes in behaviour, appetite or grooming can be early signs that something isn't right - another reason regular check-ups matter.

A familiar, comfortable carrier can make a real difference to how your cat feels about the journey. We're happy to share tips on how to make this a positive space at home.

We recommend regular health checks, even for indoor cats - prevention and early detection are key.

If your cat finds vet visits stressful, let us know ahead of time. We can talk through options to make things calmer, including pre-visit calming supplements or medication where appropriate.

We’re always upfront about our pricing, and work with you to find a plan that’s tailored to your cat’s needs and your budget.

FAQs

You're not alone. Many cats find vet visits stressful, but there's plenty we can do together. From carrier training tips to gentle handling and, where appropriate, pre-visit calming support - we'll work with you to make future visits a much better experience.

They do. Even indoor cats can develop health issues, and because cats are so good at hiding symptoms, regular examinations are important to catch problems early.

Cats are very sensitive to new environments, smells and sounds. What you're seeing is usually a stress response - which is exactly why our cat-friendly approach is designed to dial that down as much as possible.

For consultations, absolutely. For certain procedures, it's safer for us to take your cat through to our clinical area - but we'll always explain what's happening and keep you updated every step of the way.
