Vaccinations

The safest way to protect your pet from infectious diseases - safe, effective, and tailored to them.

What we offer

Primary vaccination course

Early vaccination protects puppies and kittens from the start, and means they can safely begin socialising. Puppies can start their course from 6–8 weeks, with a second vaccine 4 weeks later, and some needing a third vaccine 16 weeks later. Kittens from 8–9 weeks, with their second 3–4 weeks after that. Rabbits receive a single vaccine from 5 weeks old.

Booster vaccinations

Yearly tailored vaccines to keep your pet protected throughout their life.

What we vaccinate against

Dogs are protected against Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza Virus, Leptospirosis (four strains) and Kennel Cough (Bordetella bronchiseptica). Cats against Panleucopaenia, Herpesvirus, Calicivirus and Feline Leukaemia Virus. Rabbits receive a combined vaccine covering Myxomatosis and Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease 1 and 2.

Travel vaccinations

If your pet’s heading abroad, we offer Rabies vaccination and blood testing. Rabies vaccines need to be given at least two weeks apart from routine vaccines, so get in touch as early as possible to allow plenty of time.

What pet parents are saying

Amazing professional service, friendly and welcoming. My puppy didn’t even think he was at the vet. With no consulting fee to pay - just a manageable monthly subscription.

Nadia,

Harley's human

Absolutely thrilled with the service, friendliness and professionalism. We are so relieved to have found a vet who is so readily available to help and speak to us at any time and the ability to make appointments and chat to vets on the app is really useful.

Gerry,

Rudy's human

Arriving with my two kittens I was really nervous. The staff were so friendly and welcoming - this truly is a wonderful clinic. From the start everything has been super efficient and personalised.

Good to know

The first annual booster is the most important one. It catches any pets whose early vaccines may have been blocked by maternal antibodies - the antibodies passed from mum via the placenta or milk, which can linger and stop vaccines from taking effect.

Vaccines are incredibly safe and effectively protect against diseases that are potentially fatal.

Leptospirosis is a bacteria spread to dogs through water contaminated with rat urine. The new vaccines we use cover the four most common strains, and the old L2 vaccine is no longer available.

Pricing

Our vaccination pricing is straightforward - no surprises or hidden extras.

FAQs

Puppies and kittens receive short-lived antibodies from their mother - either through the placenta or in milk. These can sometimes linger and prevent vaccines from working properly. We will sometimes advise a third vaccine at 16 weeks to counter this.

Core vaccines only need boosting every three years once your pet is fully covered. But some vaccines - including Leptospirosis, Kennel Cough and Cat Flu - do need an annual top-up, as the immunity they provide fades more quickly. We'll always be clear about what's actually needed and when.

There's limited evidence on how different vaccine brands interact, so our vets will talk you through everything you need to know, including any risks. With All Access membership, all the vaccines your pet needs are included.
