We'll address the most urgent issue first, and then depending on what your pet needs,we'll offer the Initial Health Consultation once they've recovered.

Q: Can I book at any time?

Yes - you can book your IHC through our app or website whenever suits you. There are no day or time restrictions.

Q: Can I bring up more than one concern?

Absolutely. The 30-minute appointment is designed to give you the space to cover everything on your mind - current issues, ongoing conditions, or anything you've been meaning to ask.

A full introduction with one of our vets

During the 30-minute consultation, your vet will take a detailed history, perform a full nose-to-tail examination, and set out your pet’s health journey. Plus, there’s plenty of time to chat through any current concerns.

Tailored preventative care

We'll discuss your pet's diet, lifestyle and any risk factors, put together an individualised vaccination plan and perform a full risk assessment to advise on parasite prevention.

Dental care

A full mouth examination and a chat about your pet’s dental health, with practical advice on at-home care and any recommendations for treatment.

Blood and urine test

An optional test to take a baseline look at your pet’s health is available at £120.

Preventative care (vaccinations, parasite control and dental health) is vital for your pet's long-term wellbeing. The IHC is the best place to get all of this in order from the start.

Nobody wants to deal with fleas or worms. We'll talk through your pet's lifestyle and put together a bespoke parasite plan - our Parasite Package is just £10 a month (or £18 for larger dogs) and covers everything they need.

If you're switching from a previous vet, making sure we have your pet's medical history in advance means our team can hit the ground running with their care. Just ask your previous vet to email any records to us.

Parasite Package
