When something isn't right, we're here for you - with longer, thorough appointments for pets who need extra care and attention.

5.0

(2,500+ Reviews)

What we offer

30-minute consultations for unwell pets

When your pet isn't themselves, extra time matters. Every unwell or injured pet gets a full 30-minute appointment - double the usual appointment time - to allow us to properly assess what's going on and talk everything through with you.

Thorough clinical examinations

We take the time to look at the full picture - symptoms, behaviour, history and subtle changes that could help guide diagnosis and treatment.

Same-day diagnostics where possible

Every clinic has a fully equipped in-house laboratory and imaging on-site, so we can move quickly when answers are needed.

Clear treatment plans

Whether that's medication, monitoring, further investigations or referral, we'll explain your options clearly and help you decide what feels right.

Follow-up and ongoing support

We’ll check in on progress and adjust treatment where needed, because recovery doesn’t stop when the appointment ends.

Small changes can mean a lot. Extra time means we can pick up on things that might otherwise be missed.

What pet parents are saying

By far the best vet experience I have ever had. Cannot recommend a place enough. Outstanding team who really cares about your animal and goes above and beyond for you and your creature.

Lexie,

Guppy & Ronnie's human

The genuine compassion and dedication is clear to see, and it gives me complete confidence that Otis is in the very best hands.

Anisa,

Otis' human

From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The vet took the time to explain everything clearly and made my pup feel totally at ease. You can tell they truly love animals. Highly recommend to any pet owner looking for compassionate, top-notch care!

Jacques,

Sophie's human

Good to know

You know your pet best - if something feels off, it’s always worth getting in touch. Changes in appetite, thirst, energy levels, breathing, behaviour or toileting can all be signs that something isn't right.

Not every urgent problem looks dramatic - some of the most important symptoms are subtle. If your pet needs immediate emergency treatment, we’ll guide you on the fastest next steps.

Pricing

An extra long appointment at the usual price - because when your pet’s unwell, the last thing you need is an additional cost.

Included in membership

Consultations are fully included for All Access members.

Fixed prices

Pay-As-You-Go members can visit our pricing page to see the price of a consultation at their local clinic.

Clear estimates

Any further tests or treatments will always be discussed with you in detail before going ahead.

FAQs

With injuries, it is often clear that urgent care is required, but for anything else that’s worrying you - from vomiting and limping to sudden behaviour changes or loss of appetite - we’re here to help.

Because extra time allows for a more thorough examination, detailed discussions, and a clearer plan for your pet’s care.

Not necessarily. We'll examine them thoroughly first and only recommend further investigations if they're genuinely needed - and we'll always explain why before going ahead.

If your pet needs immediate treatment or overnight monitoring, we'll guide you on the right next steps quickly.
