Q: Can I stay with my pet during the consultation?

Absolutely - and we'd encourage it. Your presence can help your pet stay calm, and we want you to be involved in every discussion and decision. On occasion, we may need to take your pet through to the clinical area for a specific procedure - like taking blood or treating a wound - but we'll always explain why and check with you first.

Q: Do I need to bring anything?

If it’s your first visit, please send us your pet’s medical history in advance. Having access to important information including vaccination records, long-term medications and previous test results helps us build a complete picture of your pet’s health and give them the best possible care from the start.

Q: Can I book at any time?

Yes, consultations can be booked through our app or website whenever suits you.

Q: Can I raise more than one concern?

Of course. Our 30-minute appointments for unwell or injured pets are designed to give you the space to cover everything that's on your mind - whether that's a new worry, an ongoing condition, or something you've been meaning to ask.

From your new pet's first check-up, vaccination or microchipping through to senior wellness checks, our vets are here for all of it. That includes visits for sick or injured pets, dental examinations, prescription medication reviews, medication and chronic disease monitoring, parasite treatment advice and second opinions.

We start by taking a full history from you to help us identify any concerns or areas to focus on. From there, we carry out a complete nose-to-tail examination before addressing specific issues.

Clear communication, every step of the way

We'll talk you through what we've found and what we'd recommend. If we think further tests or procedures are needed, we'll explain exactly what's involved and give a full estimate of costs before anything goes ahead. Together, we'll create a treatment plan for your pet - whether that means scheduling diagnostics, dispensing medications, diets or supplements, or simply booking a follow-up with the vet or nurse.
