By far the best vet experience I have ever had. Cannot recommend a place enough. Outstanding team who really cares about your animal and goes above and beyond for you and your creature.

Creature Comforts Vets Chelsea were outstanding: the team were consistently helpful, caring and patient, taking time to listen to my concerns and explain every step clearly.

Hugo,

Ziggy's human

We had a lovely first visit at Creature Comforts Putney. The staff were very warm, friendly, and welcoming, and Loki was clearly well taken care of. All of our questions were answered, and we felt really accommodated throughout the visit.

Joshua,

Loki's human

Ozzy previously hated the vets… he now pulls me into the door to see them!

What we offer at our South West London clinics

Our team offers advice on common behavioural challenges and can recommend expert therapists when needed.

Dedicated time with your vet or nurse to discuss any new or ongoing concerns, or to give your pet a wellness check.

Comprehensive dentistry from annual check-ups and professional scaling and polishing to x-rays, extractions and surgical procedures.

Our in-house lab offers swift results for blood, urine, and microscopy tests. External lab services are available for more complex tests.

Immediate action for life-threatening situations. For out-of-hours emergencies, we will connect you to our partner providers.

When the unthinkable comes to bear, we’ll be here to provide a compassionate and peaceful transition for your beloved companion.

High-definition digital x-rays, state-of-the-art ultrasound, and endoscopy services provide non-invasive insight into your pet's health.

Compliance made easy. We check and install microchips to meet UK legal requirements and ensure your pet's safety.

Guidance on spaying and neutering, with day procedures performed by our experienced in-house vet surgeons. We also offer keyhole surgery for faster recovery in suitable cases.

Protect your pet from unwelcome guests with our bespoke parasite prevention and treatment options.

Get off to the right start with monthly nurse check-ups and tailored vaccinations.

Our skilled surgeons perform a wide range of surgeries, such as wound repair, lump removal, neutering, keyhole, abdominal surgery, orthopaedic and more.

Planning to jet off with your pet? Our vets help handle the complex paperwork to ensure smooth travels. Check the official travel guidelines .

Prompt attention for sudden symptoms or injuries to get your pet back on their paws.

We have the equipment and expertise to perform laparoscopic surgery, a minimally invasive form of surgery. Our advanced practitioner vet - Dr Rebecca Castle - has a certificate in endoscopy and endosurgery, performing laparoscopic spays, foreign body removal and other procedures to the highest standard.

We can perform a non-invasive scan on dogs with any worrying lumps or bumps to help predict malignancy. All dogs can benefit, particularly breeds with predisposition to skin cancer, from French Bulldogs to Boxers.

Dr Simon Hayes is on hand to perform complex corneal surgeries, help with any conformation issues (such as eyelids, skin folds etc), and treat a range of more complex eye conditions. He has over 25 years experience, treating a range of cats, including Persians, and dog breeds including Pugs, Boston Terriers, Pekingese and Shar Peis.

Our spacious kennels are designed to maximise relaxation and recovery. They’re quiet and comfortable, unlike traditional stainless steel cages, are climate controlled, and equipped with different lighting levels for round the clock restfulness. Think of them as a home from home for your pet during their stay.

We understand the importance of reducing stress in our patients, and keeping our feline and canine patients separate is a very effective way of doing this. This is why we have separate cat and dog wards, where all of our cat and dog friendly protocols are in place.
